A blend of two bushvine vineyards, one in Agter-Paarl and one in Paarl.
Terroir
Mostly Malmesbury Shale soils. Malmesbury Shale has good water retention and the high clay content imparts minerality and fresh acidity to the wines.
Maturation & Oaking
6 months maturation on fine lees, with no oak.
